Following their championship victory, the team is now participating in the Regional Championship, to be held in Boise, Idaho, this month.

Puran Singh Sandhu added that his elder son, Rukwinder Singh Rocky, and daughter-in-law, Monika Sandhu, a software engineer at Microsoft, have worked hard to help their children excel in both academics and sports. Despite migrating abroad, they have not forgotten their Punjabi heritage, he added.
